1. Consultation: Contact us with your custom candle idea, and we'll discuss the details, including fragrance, size, and design.

2. Quote and Confirmation: We'll provide a personalized quote based on your consultation, and once you confirm, we'll start crafting your custom candle(s).

3. Creation and Delivery: Katie will handcraft your candle(s), and we'll deliver or ship the candle(s) to you.
